the kwackers story
Kwackers, began its journey in 2010 as a street food stall named Taste of India, founded by brothers Himat and Gurmail. Recognizing an opportunity in the market, they later launched Kwackers in 2014, pioneering the street food revolution by blending British classics with Asian flavours, notably their star creation, 100% juicy Duck Burgers with Hoisin Onions. Starting out catering at small local events, Kwackers quickly gained momentum and by 2016 was catering at all the major sporting, music and festival events including Glastonbury, Download, Rewind and more and are proud to be the main mobile caterer at the Southampton Football Ground.
Building on the success, Kwackers evolved into a family restaurant and sports bar concept, filling a gap in the market for a venue where families could enjoy delicious food while watching live sports. Kwackers restaurant opened in 2023 and combines Western cuisine with an Asian twist, creating not just meals but experiences for families and sports enthusiasts alike.
