Our corporate event catering team combined a humble street food menu with grand service elevating every dish and doing the occasion justice.

Marketing with Bollywood night
Hilton Double Tree wanted to utilise their venue and increase sales in for venue hire. They had a target market which they felt was the ideal customer for their product and needed a cleaver way of engaging with their target market. We helped them create a Bollywood night to help demonstrate the venue and its suitability as venue for events and functions.
